Health & Well-being Projects For Mind Body & Soul
Peaced Together is a 10 week creative therapy course with a difference for women aged 18 and over.
Using beautiful themed craft projects, it encourages women to reflect on their lives and set out on a personal journey from brokenness to hope. Every person has life events and circumstances that cause anxiety, sadness and pain. Peaced Together brings women together in a unique, safe environment to share their experiences and discover peace.
Peaced Together is about reflecting on and dealing with the past and making positive decisions for the present and future.
During the ten-week course, we use a variety of media to make five crafts from smashing up broken crockery to make mosaics to weaving scraps of fabric to make beautiful covers.
In each fun and relaxed session we look at topics including beauty, thankfulness and choices. Everyone learns new skills and hidden talent often surfaces as individuals share their own skills with the group.
